Last Sunday we had our Christmas program, “The Twelve Voices of Christmas”. Numerous men and women from the church donned period costumes and brought the main players (Angelic host, Gabriel, John the Baptist, a Shepherd, Mary, Joseph, Zacharias, Elizabeth, Anna, Simeon, King Herod, one of the Wise Men) of the scriptural account of Christ’s birth to life. The children, as “carolers” also had their segment in the program, singing “Away in a Manger” and offering piano selections. Afterward, a cookie social was enjoyed by everyone.
